At MP Personal Training there's no greater satisfaction than helping you achieve your goals, regardless if it is fitness, confidence or rehabilitation based. I have over 15 years experience in getting people results.

Sessions are run across the Hove, Shoreham, Lancing and Worthing area, and provide:

  • 1-to-1, Partnered and small group training.

  • In gym - Change Fitness in Hove
    (Membership isn't required there, but it would be advisable for training between sessions).

  • In your own Private Personal Studio - iMPact Fitness Studios in Lancing.

Never been or not used a gym for a good while, no need to worry, I will be on hand to not only support the changes you're making, but to keep you motivated and on track to achieving your goals.
